I love the shop. Traveled from Tauranga specifically to buy my nursery essentials from there. Owners were very patient, welcoming, and accommodating as we went over everything we purchased into details. They even stayed open longer for us to get everything sorted.

I bought the Geo Romper for my great grandson who was born 2 weeks ago so he hasnt worn it yet.The parcel arrived within 2 days of ordering.My grandaughter was very pleased with it very well made and also very reasonably priced would definately buy again from this website.

The Kids Dept was born when we were out shopping for Nursery Products and we found that the level of customer service was very patchy. There were 2 types of stores, 1 where you couldn't get any help or 2 they would try and sell you things you don't need - as a first time parent this is pretty overwhelming.
We opened with the idea in mind that we wanted to offer outstanding customer service but also not sell you something you don't need.
